It’s time for another introduction, as we would like to welcome another employee who recently joined us in our office in Cologne: Timo Richardson.
“My job is to connect dots, see opportunities across different business lines in our company, and bring these to life through our external partnerships – both on the client and on the publisher side”, says Timo, who takes on the job in the newly created position as Chief Revenue Officer. Born in Curaçao, where he spent his primary school days playing in the ”Kunuku“ and swimming every weekend, this Maastricht University graduate has a lot of experience under his belt. Having initially worked in big corporate structures at different Vodafone offices, Timo subsequently chose added layers of expertise working in various medium to small sized business environments in the Internet Space. Among others, Timo previously worked both in the Netherlands and Germany for players in the performance marketing field such as Dqna, Glispa, ZinQmedia and Monetizer.
Here at Spyke Media, he implements his know-how and skills to not only maximize revenues, but also bring transparency and positivity for, and among, his colleagues, and good consultative communication with any of Spyke Media’s top partnerships. “One of my key mottos – next to being a believer – is always loyalty. If you are good to partners and – since it’s a people’s business – the actual people driving it, I am convinced that this will in return be rewarded in the long run.”
Timo truly enjoys the challenges of his job, whilst juggling his life as a husband, father of two, and lover of life – and spending his time in Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. To wind down from all the hard work this Sneakerhead likes running, travelling, and making music, but most importantly trying to be a cool dad for his two young and crazy kids.
